Friday, 30 September 2016

Dear Traders,

KLCI after undecided for two days today show some sign of bullishness and closed at 1669.64 ( +4.58/ +0.28%)

Bulls everywhere except the German DAX.
Australia S&P/ASX 200, Indonesia IDX, HSI, Japan Nikkei, Korea Kospi, and Taiwan Weighted up up.

• The USD Weakened against our MYR and closed at a low of 4.112
• Crude Oil prices rallied at OPEC’s agreement and closed high at 48.03

DJIA closed higher at 18,325. BULL!

Yesterday, stocks such as Arank(good result + breakout with volume), Skpetrol (due to OPEC’s deal), Ocncash( Breakout with volume), cscsteel (some steel continuation) moved.

As predicted, Pestech went up too fast and I warned you about the bull tripped by bear. Comfort hit a high of 0.81 and closed lower at 0.78.

Todays stock to watch are :

1. OCNCASH most likely to move up higher ! reach the sky !
2. AMFIRST- SUPER POWER TODAY! Tomorrow continue, cut if this closes below RM 0.80
3. Hiaptek- should be falling already due to not so cantik QTR. (I hope people don’t get trapped by this)

Market might be slow, because Monday is a holiday. Anyways TGIF !

BURSA MALAYSIA MARKET IDEAS FRIDAY (30/09/2016):

FBMKLCI A BETTER OCTOBER ?

Dear All,

The FBMKLCI closed higher at +4.68 point or 0.28% to close at 1669.64.

FBMKLCI stay sideline without much movement, mostly will holding well until September end. If October first week movement pointing upwards then we will have a great month !

DJIA staying positive without any big fall sign, OPEC have some deal boost oil price up a bit. Everytime oil price up, DJIA and world market will tend to do better. I can’t understand why but that’s been monitor and it’s related.

Today I like to special highlight OCNCASH, finally bullish breakout, I suggest to monitor closely this counter as the upcoming financial result are expecting to be good. It’s potentially to break new high !

Yesterday we told ARANK and its MELETUP ! Would OCNCASH do the same?

Wednesday, 28 September 2016

Dear Traders,

The KLCI closed lower at 1664.72. Since yesterday the market is still undecided which direction to go, whether to continue up or go down. However looking at the bullishness around us, I am expecting Wednesday to be bullish as well.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200, and the German DAX showed sign of slight bearishness while,
China A50, Taiwan Weighted, Korea’s KOSPI, Indonesia’s IDX, HSI and the Japan Nikkei is bullish after a slump Monday.

• The USD STRENGHTENED against our MYR and opened at 4.1375.
• Crude Oil prices opened lower at 45.63 after the hope OPEC give us to Freeze Oil Production seems to be fading again after they have set for a NO DEAL on oil output as the Saudis and IRAN at loggerheads, stating that it is not the time to make decision. However there will be another meeting which they will ‘try’ to reach an agreement on 30 November in Vienna.

DJIA opened at 18,099 and seems to be recovering after Hilary trumps Trump in the first presidential debate!

Moving Stocks to watch (28/ September) :

SUNCON: Monitor this counter, possible spike soon. Cut if close below RM1.60

PESTECH: Mentioned yesterday and today BIG ROCKET! I think it will have one more day of show before some pull back. Cut if break 1.64 support.

SUPERLN: Result seems good, but there is a big fall right before result out. Possibly to go higher, cut loss if close below 2.33

Let Wednesday Be Hot after the fake freeze !

Dzulhilman M+ WM PR Traders:
Salam and Morning All

MACRO : Consumer and technology stocks, including Amazon, led gains on Wall Street on Tuesday, while a perceived win by Democrat Hillary Clinton in Monday’s first presidential debate gave broader support to equities (investing .com).

MICRO : Market fell futher yesterday. However towards the closing, volume starts to build up and support seems to hold in many active counters.

WHAT TO EXPECT? : Market might take a rebound today. Counters that has formed short term support should be in close view as high chances that it may take flight today. GLC related counters has been quite for the pass few days, many will have T4′s either today or tomorrow. Worth to have a relook on support area. Market remains volatile. Best strategy is to buy on support, sell on breakouts/resistant.

Dear Traders,

The KLCI closed slightly lower -1.59 points at 1669.50, forming a doji. Market seems to lost its compass or is it Mostly affected by the bearishness of DJIA last Friday’s effect ?.

This time the bear caught the bull with its claws.
China A50, HIS, Indonesia IDX, Nikkei, KOSPI, Taiwan Weighted, German DAS all show sign of bearishness.

•  The USD opened WEAKENED against our MYR and opened at 4.1195.
•  Crude Oil prices rallied a little to 44.75. which is why we saw some oil and gas counter like PERISAI, BORNOIL were heavily traded. Hopefully the OPEC meeting around the corner will end with Freezing news.

The bearishness of DJIA continued to claw, opened lower at 18,217.76 and is currenly -100 points. This is due to many traders are unsure of the first presidential debate between Trump Taiko and Hilary Taikajie.

Moving Stocks to watch (27/ September) :

OKA: Very Bullish counter, Feeling like want to break new high.Well supported at Rm 1.32, cut if it closes 1.30 or lower.

PESTECH: Going to test the 1.64 resistance. Still healthy as long as it is above 1.6

Tuesday Trump will decide hair fall or hair UP !

Reuters- Wall Street retreated on Friday as lower oil prices weighed on energy shares and Facebook and Apple declined, but major indexes still posted gains for the week.

Energy .SPNY was the worst-performing major S&P sector, dropping 1.3 percent. Oil prices tumbled 4 percent on signs Saudi Arabia and Iran were making little progress on a bilateral agreement ahead of talks by crude exporters aimed at freezing production.

Facebook (FB.O) shares fell 1.6 percent and were one of the biggest drags on the S&P 500. The Wall Street Journal reported that the social media company overestimated viewing times for video ads.

Even so, the S&P 500 recorded its best weekly performance in more than two months. Stocks were given a boost on Wednesday when the U.S. Federal Reserve decided to keep rates steady, leaving intact the low-interest-rate environment that has helped fuel the bull market.

“I just think after a few strong days and a little weakness in energy that folks are taking some profit before the weekend,” said Gary Bradshaw, portfolio manager with Hodges Capital Management in Dallas. “I just feel like the market is going to keep grinding higher.”

The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI ended down 131.01 points, or 0.71 percent, at 18,261.45, the S&P 500 .SPX lost 12.49 points, or 0.57 percent, to 2,164.69 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC dropped 33.78 points, or 0.63 percent, to 5,305.75.

Logic Trading Analysis:
BURSA MALAYSIA MARKET IDEAS MONDAY (26/09/2016):

FBMKLCI COLLECTION FOR OCTOBER RALLY ? OR

Dear All,

The FBMKLCI closed higher at +1.33 point or +0.08% to close at 1670.99.

Last week, we all witness the mini rebound happens to our FBMKLCI as well as major world index. It’s a good sign, however whether it can be long lasting towards uptrend or just dead cat bounce are still very much into our worries.

DJIA last Friday turning down again after celebrating up interest rate delay again. We have see that an obvious and stronger support level at 18000, therefore without breaking it, we shall see a possible of strong coming back. If break then something is not right.

Looking at our Currency, Oils, still not much big changes, and of course still not favor to our Malaysia Economy in big picture however seem to be still sustainable.

So in coming weeks, to end the September, I do believe our market will be exciting since no more holiday around.

Stock can be monitor are like: FGV, MYEG, ANNJOO, MASTEEL, PENSONI and so many more.

Either Donkey or Horse, the best Owner is know how to make used of it this Monday!

“Goreng Tetap Goreng” !

Yours Sincerely,

Dear Traders,

On Friday, the FBMKLCI closed higher at 1,670.99 ( +1.33 or +0.08%). Hopefully it will linger around the 1,670 and 1,680 level for now and not be affected by the bearishness of the DJIA during Friday.

China A50, Nikkei and HSI Closed LOWER.
•  The USD opened STRENGHTEN against our MYR at 4.126.
